Although it seems terrifying at the moment to think that your GP knows the things you've posted about on whatever site that is, maybe it might help to think about what the likely outcomes are going to be @Former-Member?
e.g. Typically, the likely outcome is somewhere between the worst and best possible thing that could happen. So he knows some information and will suspect that it's linked to you. What is the worst thing he could do with that information? What is the best thing he could do with that information? And what's something in the middle of worst and best?
