I'm about to step out of Forum Land, but I didn't want to not respond to you when you are so obviously super super distressed. I'm not sure that I have anything helpful to say, but I really wanted you to know that I'm hearing how freaked out you are that your GP has stumbled across a bit of your online life. I'm not sure what it is about this that is freaking you out so much, but I can hear you are freaked out, and freaked out feelings super super super suck.
