I know this post is going to be 'moderated', but I really don't care.

Does anyone else ever get to the point with sh that they just want to cause as much destruction as possible? Total and utter urge to self destruct?
I don't care about the ramifications, I don't care about the downstream impacts.
I just want to destroy myself.
What do you do?

It was only a couple of weeks ago that you displayed empathy for the 'situation' I was in @Former-Member - and a little anger lol but even that is empathetic

I sent him an email asking him to tell me my diagnosis and he replied 'we can talk about it next week'.
I'm just soooo frustrated. Why can't he just tell me?
He also never said if I would be able to reach my goals. (Having a relationship and a family).
What could be so bad about me that means I'll never get there even with therapy?
I'm soo angry and hurt and upset.
Why won't he just f***ing tell me????

I'm SOOO angry.
JUST TELL ME WHAT IT IS!!!
I'm ready to walk from therapy.
But what do I do then? What other options do I have for living life?

Hi @Former-Member ..... it’s probably going to be an appountment’s worth of discussing what he has to say, at least ...... you are probably going I have questions, and he is probably going to have questions for you, so telling you will only be the start of working out what the diagnosis means, and how to keep finding the you that you are ..... unique and interesting, smart, with a great sense of humour ..... even your interest and knowledge about dinosaurs is fascinating.

It sounds like you are fearing the worst, but the answers usually lie across a spectrum, and are both a blessing and a challenge, and that goes formal of us @Former-Member ..... not just you.

It’s going to take a lot of will-power to be patient until next week. Do you have more assignments to help keep your focus ?
