Re: Learning about Relationship Boundaries

Re: Learning about Relationship Boundaries

I get so tired of being strong and being positive and thinking of a new approach. I feel pull out positivity like a rabbit from a hat but that it can become false. I am now hypersentsitive and ambivalent about whether I should continue to post or withdraw.

I have had low self-talk and concentration poor.

My son has been the most loyal of all my family to me ..it worries me because he is vulnerable too.

Nobody else cares and I put a lot of effort into family events for decades.

I started swearing and calliing myself piece of dirt and other things like I am becoming a teenager.d .. but i dont want to have to be teenage boy all the time ..

I would like to have been useful

I have managed to get some help and am grateful, for what has worked.

Re: Crying

Hi Anne, i hope you don't mind me calling you Anne

i often use a online bookstore called http://www.booktopia.com.au they have great prices and a lot of books, their prices are very reasonable.

I don't know if i have the strength to talk about my past, so much has happened to me in the past 14 years, it has gone round and round in my head for so long, i often struggle to tell fact from fiction now, everything seems so lost to me.

Every day i feel like a person who has been in soltry confinement for 14 years and has just been released and shoved out into the world, i often feel so lost and confused, everything around me has changed so much, society has changed so much. i struggle to handle how things can change in the short 14 years, i ver yrarly recognise what society and the world have become.

Re: Crying

dear @Jacques

Delighted your calling me Anne.

I think the best thing to do is always stay in the present when writing about the past 14 years. It takes a wbile to do it. I went to see a Psychotherapist for that memory i have.

yeah, Just check out Booko. They give you the cheapest place in the world to get the book. Im little obssessed with Darian Lieder and Stephanie Dowrick.

Darien Lieder wrote this book called, Why do Women Write More Letters Than They Post. So many people write its not a wellwritten book, i personally love it !

It may answer some questions you have....

Re: Crying

hi @Jacques

Ille write shortly of the feelings I have....thedoes.y may or might not be right, I dunno.

It feels like what you have introdUced on the forums is one dreamboat of a man ! You focus on others dillemas.....everyone seems to Love reading your messages to Karen... .I do! Your kind, thoughtful and ......really consider others if I knew that you self harmed....well......

but like how long it took to tell us, things come out in spits and spurts. Once you start....put it away for couple of days. Acknowledging your self harm may mean that you need to be kind to youfself .....

Does this feel right to you ?

Re: Crying

Hey all,

Yes, threads can sometimes go off track. So feel free to start another thread. The discussion topic, 'Enjoying Times with Others' can be good place to start a new discussion thread if you just want to hang out.

Don't forget the Friday Feast is on tonight at as well.
