Re: Learning about Relationship Boundaries

Re: Learning about Relationship Boundaries

I get so tired of being strong and being positive and thinking of a new approach. I feel pull out positivity like a rabbit from a hat but that it can become false. I am now hypersentsitive and ambivalent about whether I should continue to post or withdraw.

I have had low self-talk and concentration poor.

My son has been the most loyal of all my family to me ..it worries me because he is vulnerable too.

Nobody else cares and I put a lot of effort into family events for decades.

I started swearing and calliing myself piece of dirt and other things like I am becoming a teenager.d .. but i dont want to have to be teenage boy all the time ..

I would like to have been useful

I have managed to get some help and am grateful, for what has worked.

Re: Crying

first time I heard Jon Kabat Zinn, after copying it for everyone I know ......I showed it to my Psychotherapist....she reccomended it to me few months later and i laughed saying it was me who got her onto it .....

It helped me.

Yes but it was struggling with this horrible feeling that I could'nt lose for many years that I brought it to Sane Forums. And taking on board what others wrote. But i dealt with my Mum in my way. Ive always seen myself.....not that clever, brain damaged, wasting my life away. Spending hours on Sa e forums reading.

Re: Crying

That is a lovely part of eastern philosophies .. I love meditation and buddhism but only recently heard of jon kabat zinn. Just had my own little encounters over the years.

Including the I ching: Book of changes.

And re the weather and climate that is changing more than we want it ot .. I have this hard line sciencey streak that actually felt glad when I stuck my head out and realised the whole world had caught up to what a few of us hippy lefties had been thinking for a long time.

Where do you get your little mini pics from @PeppiPatty

Re: Crying

Well there you go

I have never used a tablet and dont really like too many gadgets .. like movies I used to see them 10 years past the issue time. That is kind of why I didnt get into pop culture, no spare cash. The literary books and music scores were cheaper in the 2nd hand book stores. At first it was only ever what was on a school book list..

I think I will cope without one of those tablets .. emoticons at last are about as much I am interested in

I just couldnt see them on forum poster

Thank you for a straight answer to a straight question .. I have not had that much in my life.
