I am really not sure what to say because I can't find the words to express how or what I actually feeling & thinking. I was feeling not so bad up until recently. I just think no one will understand. I think I need some extra support this weekend

My appointment was good (GP) and my specialist appointment was good too. I am not too bad tonight- I thought I was actually a bit better yesterday @Former-Member
