I am really not sure what to say because I can't find the words to express how or what I actually feeling & thinking. I was feeling not so bad up until recently. I just think no one will understand. I think I need some extra support this weekend
Yes, I have a dog, and the garden and birds keep me company a bit, and radio, music, DVDs and my mobile phone with people in it. haha. My dog is curled up next to me. Got quite attached to each other since he lost his mate last year.

I have a dog too @Former-Member. I find I am never alone much with her but I still feel empty at times. Trouble (Kira) she is curled up beside me too. What are you doing tomorrow?

Re: Not doing so well
Kira is a lovely name 👍 No plans tomorrow. Hope I wake up before I lose half of it again. I don't have to be anywhere 'till my days at the charity shop Thurs - Sat. Haven't looked fwd to it since a customer went off at me and I broke down in uncontrollable tears for an our (so embarrassing, so vulnerable, a PTSD thing I think). But tomorrow I hope to continue with my furniture repair hobby I've recently got into. Avoiding housework. A walk could be good.

I never feel that good when I miss half the day too. You sound a bit better tonight by the way you are expressing yourself here. I am sorry you had to experience that and hopefully the person is okay and is getting the support they need. I have an exercise physiology appointment tomorrow and I have bills to pay in the morning. I am glad to hear you have a new hobby, that sounds rewarding and fun.
Do you struggle to sleep at night?

Re: Not doing so well
Yes, my sleeping patterns are amiss atm. Just took heavy pain meds to knock me out. Don't feel 'better' but probably am, can't remember 2days back.
Gotta deposit money / pay bills myself tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder.
What exactly is a physiologists? How is that different to a physiothetapist? Hope it goes well.
My Son3 has a fitness routine he made up himself that's working well for him. He's fighting those obesity genitics very well. Profit of him. He walks, jogs, stomach crunches, hand stands, weights, planking. Says his muscles are really building and he has a '6 pack'
My pillls are kicking in now, have to say good night , thanks for talking 😉
