@Glisten as I have a white choc latte, I want to share an envelope that was in my letterbox when I arrived home from my GP appointment.
First, GP is new to WA so doesn't have rights to give me a script for opiods, ie pain relief and anxiety med. So I have to make another appointment to see another GP on Monday.
All because my GP retired and the practice where I had been going for 25 years are a bunch of cardonnays (that's a Kath and Kim reference that I'll leave there!) and won't write me my scripts.
My neighbour whose dogs bark incessantly and who I complained about to the council put a letter in my letterbox stating "your trees have broken the fence and I want you to pay half for fixing it. Also you have been teasing my dogs."
I have no problem paying for my half of the fence but I'm not taking his one quote without getting my own quotes. I wasn't born yesterday!
After I got over my initial annoyance, I laughed. "You're teasing my dogs." Yeah, by telling them to shut up when they bark at 3am each morning.
I'm going to let my brother compose a response as I know I'll go off half cocked and make the situation possibly worse.
How's the house sitting going? I used to enjoy house sitting myself xo
