Something’s not right

I am riding a wave.

I am riding a wave.

Hi,

My brain is flooded with giant feelings of hopelessness and I am riding a wave of suicidal ideation. I know it is just a wave and I know it will pass. I don't need any advice or suggestions...I just need someone to sit with me while I ride the wave. When my brain is this flooded pretty much ANYTHING that anyone says will further escalate the big feelings...but at the same time, it helps to know there is someone sitting with me. So...I'm just going to curl up in this corner of the forum and wait for someone to come and sit beside me while the wave crashes over me.

Re: I am riding a wave.

@Phoenix_Risingdo you get like this after you eat? There is something called "leaky gut" which means toxins from foods (no matter how pure/clean) get into your blood stream and brain and become neurotoxins making you confused, have memory loss, forget what you're doing, can't socialise, etc.

Handful of cranberries before eating/while eating main meals is the quickest fix... then over long term, raisins and bananas.. The bananas return your PH more alkaline.. less natural stress. The raisins level out Vit B levels a bit and help the gut.

Hi @SGde3a 🙂

Only last week I heard about alkaline and acid foods, and that the majority of people who have problems (physical and mental) are often acidic, and the liver is struggling to do its job. Makes so much sense, like the missing piece of the jigsaw of what I have learnt before 🙂
