Trying makes it worse

Hi,

I'm EternalFlower and I've been feeling completely overwhelmed, sad, and pessimistic.

I've tried and been a responsible patient and person, reaching out to various services when I started feeling scarily anxious and suicidal, 2 years back..

My Dr is new, a young guy who regularly admits he's inexperienced, and aside from some good jokes, he actually does very little

I notice how easy it is to blame myself that I don't feel better, a total shame spiral, but I wander if my treatments just are bad....

I wanted to chat and hear anyone and hope I can use this space to help not feel so alone.

my 2c worth for today .. never go back to same job(Dr in this case) if you already left.

best to keep moving.

My aunt always says that @TAB always go forward

Also about relationships , if u ended don't go back.

This one is a funny one for me and hard to know what happened...I did t leave...begged to stay....

He left me. Probably still applies

@TAB in past I ended the relationship on good terms, ie I moved xounteies but always said if I needed help I could still reach out

I met him when I was at a very low point and he was just starting his work as a psych and we committed to give it a good crack...I sometimes felt like he wasn't helping but in last few weeks I felt he really was becoming an important figure for me and hoped it would continue

ok you stepped ahead @EternalFlower 😁 ;lol idk, going to leave it there for me. My advice prob not wanted but leave it, nothing but confusion unless thats what you want

Ok @TAB I feel like ur trying to say I ruined relationships with lots of psychs and drs?

I'm not sure really but I don't know why this is being said to le it feels quite blaming
