Oops @Former-Member. I meant cavalry as in the troops who step up to help. There is a discussion I started about me when I'm struggling and in crisis. I have been blessed that when I have called out for help in that discussion before I have received so much support from my forum friends. This time too the mental health team sent in more troops to help. I had daily phone calls from a psychologist and an immediate appointment with the psychiatrist. They also tried to get my phams support worker to come a few more days but she was busy with other things due to mental health week. They want me to get through at home which I'm through the worst of it now. I also received a small amount of medication to help get through. This is the first time they've trusted me with this so I am feeling like we are all on the same page.
And yes that's kind of how I feel but my emotions were to the extreme that something small would trigger a huge reaction and me just wanting to SH. My son was triggering me big time and it's hard and scary sometimes, and I guess you may know this especially, when the reason you stay here is for them but then they cause so much pain you don't want to be here anymore and it's a vicious circle.
I really hope that next week goes smoothly for you. You must be doing it so tough. I really feel for you in your situation. I think you are courageous and have a great inner strength and spirit to see you through this. I guess for both of us 'this too shall pass'. Best wishes 💜😊💐🤗
