Yeah @Kurra. I had just started to raise the concept of habitual behaviours with my therapist last visit because I think some have become habits but like you say it doesn't always make them any less intense at times.

Hi @Former-Member baby dragon had moments of breathing fire and moments of being chilled. He is staying at girlfriends house which right now is giving me breathing space. Mine has cut contact with father and step father for now but breathes fire at me. I think @Faith-and-Hope has said when his big brother comes home from OS it might help settle him but who knows.

Your girl has good taste💜. I love purple, especially the rich purple blue in those flowers. I kind of became obsessed a bit with colour when I was studying web design.

I found it a few weeks ago, but wasn't sure if it was too strong .... I find colour so emotive .... I think and feel in colours so this is a symphony to me .....
