Yes I am in Victoria. Went to the shops just to get a few things and it was crazy. So many people buying so much. You'd think we were locked down for 5 weeks not 5 days!!

Movie sounds good @Bow Just watching the tennis at the moment. Will have to organise tea soon.

I don't think I will be out of bed late tonight either. Didn't sleep much last night, early mornning this morning makes one tired Snowie 😴

I'm sorry that this is all happening again for you guys down there. Hopefully just the 5 days and not longer.

@Bow hoping it is only for 5 days and not any longer. Can't do much about it however if it is longer.

Tea is just grilled chicken and vegies. Nice and easy.

ive not had a great night, lots of nightmares and now rolling into flashbacks this morning. just want to switch them off.

when mental health professionals invalidate and undermine everything you are experiencing. Someone who has spent all of 5 minutes with me and knows nothing about my background apart from a few very vague notes. Way to just trample all over someone when they are already down and out. Made to feel a waste of space and resources.

dont even know why I bother anymore. Just can't.

I understand, many of the professionals ive dealt with have treated me the same way. I dont have much luck with good support but ive read how good some supports have been or are good to others so i have some hope they are out there somewhere. Your not a waste of space or resources xo
