@Bow aww sounds like the psych showed you some genuine compassion there, so glad to hear it. It can feel so nice to be seen. Hopefully even though you've got the ECT on you will still get a chance to connect with her again.

I'm glad you said the food is nice in there, although the bad incident with the scales has put you off 😞 I wish it could've been a 'blind' weighing for you 😞

ECT will start Friday I think @NatureLover i think they were going to try for today, but I needed to see a second psychiatrist to have it signed off on and that didn’t happen.

I went to bed feeling headachy and most of the night I was headachy and I’ve woken up headachy. I need to try and get someone to drop my pillow off I think cause I think it’s coming from my neck. And I am going to try really hard to increase my fluids. Hmm. My peer worker is coming to visit today, I wonder if she would mind stopping by home and grabbing my pillow.

I’m just having breakfast. Museli, peaches and prunes and a yoghurt.

I rather liked the Grace Tame book @NatureLover she talked a lot about all the people in her life and all the places she has been and lives and also about the abuse.

@Bow I hope you mh worker can pick up your pillow. I find my pillow so much nicer then the ones they have in there.

My peer worker is going to pick up some stuff from home for me when she comes in here, which is good. The combination of pillows that I had at the public hospital was perfect. There was even a pillow that was just right that I might of snuck into my bag and bought here with me! Ooops! But the combination of pillows here aren’t good on my neck.

waiting for the gp to come in to have some anti inflammatories and pain killers this morning hasn’t helped. But still managing to sit through groups this morning.

I really hope that your pillow helps and that the neurofen helps.

I’ve just finished groups for the day. My peer worker will be here soonish. Art therapy is on this afternoon, which I am keen to go to, but my peer worker may still be around.
