Something’s not right

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

I'm so proud of you @Bow and you should be proud of yourself. You have achieved a lot today. At least you can sit back and say you've done a lot.

I've never cut my dogs hair. She gets groomed every 6 or so weeks. I don't think I'd trust myself with clippers!!

Went and saw mum and took her out to lunch. Was on her best behaviour as H was there. Planted the two flowers I got yesterday so hoping they survive. Just been writing my shopping list for tomorrow.

Re: My Mosaic

Thanks @Snowie it was a huge effort today and forgot to add that I vacuumed the garage too. It was pretty dirty. This morning I decided not to go on the treadmill, told myself that Sunday was a rest day. I didn’t need the treadmill in the end anyways!

we usually get our dog groomed a couple of times a year and she was looking particularly scruffy. Oh my. I’ll try and tidy it up tomorrow and hopefully don’t make it worse! D is desperate to tell mum! I took a photo of the dog and asked ChatGPT to make her look crazy and wild and sent it to mum! lol.

I’m glad your mum was on her best behavior today.

do you have a busy week?

Re: My Mosaic

It's hard to get started at times @Bow but once you get started you can keep going.

No you wouldn't have needed the treadmill, you did enough without it.

Hopefully your dog looks better after tomorrow!!

We are lucky that our dog doesn't loose hair. When we got her all those years ago S had issues with eczema and asthma so had to get a dog that didn't make it worse for him.

I have a busy week. Gp, dentist, pdoc, psych and meant to have ECT Friday. I don't think ECT will go ahead. I need a new approval and it hasn't come through yet.

Also got news today that H's Nan had a fall last week and not looking good. She's had a priest in today. She is 100 so has had a good innings.

How is your week looking?
