Finally talk to pdoc tomorrow afternoon. He's back from holidays. Would rather see him but better than nothing.

Doubt it @Snowie I don’t even know how long she is stuck down south for and the other new lady she was off yesterday and I’m assuming today too. Feeling rather alone in it all at the moment. Feel like they have dropped the ball and left me with very little support. I’m struggling

that’s good that you get to talk to your pdoc. I get it that face to face is easier, I’m the same.

nothing tomorrow. I should find something to do. Can’t just sit on the couch all day. That alone wouldn’t help with feeling tired and sleepy but I got zero motivation. Don’t really care. I’d happily sleep all day as long as I could sleep at night too. 😩

Thats very poor @Bow I can understand how upset you'd be with them all hon, I don't blame you.

Motivation can be so hard. Just trying to do something can be very tiring. That first step can often be the hardest.

I was going to try and get to kmart tomorrow. Will see how that goes.

Yeah just really needing it at the moment @Snowie maybe this other girl will be around tomorrow or maybe I can see if my old SW has some time. Things got a bit scary after my appointment today, but I managed to get myself home.

Hi @Bow I hope you got some sleep last night and hope you can make contact with your SW or at least old SW. It would be good if one of them was around especially after your psych appt. tomorrow.

@Wintersweet @Bow went to Kmart early this morning before it got crowded. Got the things I wanted and a few more!
