Something’s not right

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

@Bow

It sounds like seeing how you brother has changed carries its own form of grief, and I want to validate how hard that would be. I hope you’re able to see him again too 💛

I imagine it’s much harder to be patient with yourself when you’re achey all over. Getting to the shops, doing the laundry, and painting the knobs all deserve recognition for the energy they would have taken.

I can see why your dietician might be hesitant about helping you lose weight. Have you been able to talk to her at all about what might help you be healthier/feel better? (I’m guessing you may well have already asked her but I’m curious what she said.) Being in ongoing physical pain makes everything so much harder and I really feel for you with that. 💛

I’ve continued to feel pretty disconnected but also kind of now a bit apathetic about the disconnection. Idk.

💛 for you all @Bow @Snowie and @Eve7
