I should be used to mum by now @Bow @Wintersweet she's been like that my whole life. Getting worse with age and dementia.

Her hearing aids connect to her phone too.

I remember my dad had a sleep apnea machine. He used to wear it every night. I hope you don't have to have one hon.

Why are photos taking so long to be approved???? No moderators around??

Forums are moderated 24/7 @Bow but sometimes moderators are busy, and may not have seen there's images that need approval. Thanks for being patient with us, I know it can be frustrating.

It would have been hard growing up with someone who was never satisfied 💛 Also hard to have that worsen with age and dementia.

Hi @Wintersweet hoping your day is going well too

Really struggling today. Feeling really depressed and flat. I had another really bad night. Night sweats that I had to get up and get changed and then I was freezing cold and took me ages to get back to sleep.

My mum ended up sending my brother a message and he is ignoring her too. Can’t help feel to blame for it all. Wonder if I was out of the picture if things would be different. I sent my brother another message but again nothing. It really hurts. Really hurts.

Went to my sleep study follow up. I don’t have any sleep apnea or narcolepsy and they have discharged me. Nothing more they can do. Said that it’s most likely cause of my mental health medications and depression. So guess I just have to deal with it. Put up with the chronic exhaustion. Urgh. Could have really done with a support person in that appointment. Feel like Im carrying a lot at the moment and it’s weighing heavy.

I'm sorry things are so hard at the moment. Issue's with your brother wouldn't be helping.

It's good that there were no issues with your sleep study, but at the same time annoying that it doesn't sound like something that is an easy fix.

i spent the afternoon on the couch under a blanket. Couldn’t sleep. Head was racing. Tired now and on the verge of tears.

That would be really hard. Both with your brother and with the lack of direction from the sleep study follow up. I’m sorry you didn’t get to have a support person with you. That is a lot to be carrying.

I’m ok, trying not to be too frustrated at myself for several ways I’ve screwed up in the past 24 hours.
