my gp is apparently calling me at 3:45. I have no idea why. Has me fairly anxious

Been and visited mum this morning @Bow That was enough for today.

Have ECT tomorrow. Really need to speak to pdoc about what to do with it. He's back from holidays next week. I'm not sure if it's helping but if I stop it, will things get worse and I'd be admitted for more. I hate playing the 'wait and see' game.

Then going up to the snow tomorrow afternoon, just for the weekend. Will be nice to get away.

That would make me anxious too hon. Not knowing what the call is about.

I’m so pleased you could make it to your psych appointment, not having capacity to write things down is very understandable and totally fine! I’m glad the psych was able to recognise the effort you’d made. Hope your interim CM is able to let you know about your CM. Would they also know what’s going on with the SW or are they separate? Hope the call from the GP is all good and that the appointment with the dietician is helpful when you’re able to see her.

Glad that the foster coordinator could reassure you they just missed the text. Fluffy beans to love sounds super cute.

Oh @Snowie so glad you’re getting up to the snow this weekend! First for the season? Is everyone going?

I get that about ECT. Do you have an appointment booked for your pdoc? You generally find it helps? The maintenance ECT? Or are you thinking not so anymore? Do you think you need a full top up?

Not much on this weekend as of yet. D is at her father’s on Saturday. I gotta go pick up a click and collect from target- Lego! And I got an Amazon order today of Lego too. So maybe some Lego this weekend. Was my nephews 1st birthday this week so maybe we will try and visit again. The shop that the SIL worked at has closed so she is out of work I’m going to assume meaning no trying to go visit while she is at work.

Thanks @Wintersweet nah the SW and CM are 2 different things. But the CM is suppose to direct the SW with what to do etc. CM is nsw government health and send referrals to SW organisation.

oh my gp called early. So I didn’t really understand what she meant by it yesterday but she was able to call up the pathology place where I had my bloods done last week and have them add vitamin D. No idea they keep blood that long?!???? But my vitamin D is really really really low she said. Was low a while back and I took pills but then stopped. Needed to keep taking them apparently. They ain’t in my webster pack so I don’t take them. So gotta take 3 of them daily now. Retest in a couple months. She also said that could be the cause of my elevated liver function test too. Should go outside more. I honestly don’t go out much.

Just me, H and S going to the snow @Bow D couldn't get time off work.

H and S have been up a few times already but first for me.

I have an appt. with pdoc next Wed. I don't know if the maintenance ECT is helping. Is it making a difference, not sure. But if I stop it will I get worse. I know last time I spoke to the pdoc he mentioned going in and getting a top up. Really don't want to.

Ohh lots of lego!! That sounds like fun. Do you get particular kinds or just any sort of lego?

Fostering kittens again sounds like fun. I know you enjoy it. Just don't keep one!!!

I’m so glad your GP thought to test for Vitamin D. I imagine fixing that will be very helpful. And yay for more Lego!

I’m doing ok, didn’t sleep the best last night but had a more chill day at work than usual (shadowing someone else doing a task rather than having to work things out for myself).

Dealing with lack of sleep can be hard @Wintersweet I hope tonight is better for you.

yep I get that. I really hope that pdoc has something helpful to offer that isn’t too distributive for you all.

I get mostly the botanical sets and certain Disney ones. But an E.T set came out this month and his super cute and couldn’t resist it! I was scrolling TikTok the other night and came across a guy who does a lot of new set leaks… there is 13 new botanicals coming out at the beginning of next year and they look really good! I think they just keep getting better and better.

yea @Wintersweet low vitamin D could be the answer to a lot of my issues!
