Hey @Snowie and @Wintersweet I’m home from my sleep study and I’m wrecked. I didn’t sleep well last night, took me ages to get to sleep and then was woken at 5:45am! Rude!

I did 4 nap opportunities and didn’t fall asleep at any of them. Need a shower to wash all the paste out of my hair! 2 in 2 days! Go me lol

@Snowie how did last night go? Was thinking of you.

@Wintersweet so sorry about your Guinea pig :( how did your iron infusion go?

i will share more later I’m tired, have a headache too and gonna go stand under the shower for ages

Wow! I’m not surprised you’re wrecked! Hope you’re able to sleep ok tonight. I thought of you today when I saw a bunch of people dressed up with an Alice in Wonderland theme.

The iron infusion went well. Thankfully I’m not achey today, which I’m grateful for.

Phewww I think I slept well last night @Snowie @Wintersweet cause I feel pretty good today! My daughter even made me breakfast in bed 💗

I had a bit of a nap on the couch this arvo but the dog kept waking me up @Wintersweet we get a lot of cockatoos on our front veranda and the dog runs at the door and barks!

tidied up my room, did some Lego and now watching a movie… or at least trying to, I really struggle to focus.

what kinda word puzzles do you like the most?

It’s Sunday… Monday tomorrow, I always struggle with Monday dread… do you have a busy week ahead of you?

Nice work tidying up your room! What Lego did you do/what movie did you watch? Focus can be tricky, can’t it? Especially when tired.

I quite like the code-cracker puzzles, along with the ones where you have to build as many words as possible from a collection of letters.

I share the Monday dread. Not knowing if I’ll be able to focus at work and, even though my job is one I’m grateful for, having to get up and go into work when I feel exhausted and overwhelmed all the time takes a lot of effort.

I just have a box of stuff to take downstairs now from my room @Wintersweet not sure when that will happen.

I’ve recently got a few Lego brickheadz sets, so did woody and Jesse from Toy Story. I need to go down and fix the shelf for my brickheadz though. And I watched Greenland 2 on prime video. Greenland 1 came out years ago and I enjoyed it and it has Gerard butler in it, love him as an actor. Focus is tricky indeed!

kinda like boogle? I think it’s called. Do you like game shows like the 1% club? It focuses not so much on how smart you are but how your brain works. We really like it and do quite well, just not overly keen on the hosts as their humor can be a bit crude.

I think you’re pretty amazing being able to hold down any kind of job and manage your mental health at the same time. That takes determination 💗

I’m aware that I have a lot more support and accommodations than most people get. I also don’t have kids so I have a lot more time and space to regulate myself. I’m so impressed by anyone who manages to look after a kid.

I don’t watch many game shows but The 1% Club sounds interesting. I might have to check it out. What is Greenland about? The Lego Brickheadz sound like fun. I was tempted by an imitation Lego capybara at Kmart the other day but didn’t want it to be another project I never got around to.
