I try so hard to keep myself busy and distracted but my head. My head does not stop. It keeps thinking destructive things, planning things. It keeps going over and over things. It’s its own little world up in there and it’s really bloody dark and scary.

Probably just the usual @tyme watch something on tv. We are ordering Indian tonight. It’s 2 yrs today since my step dad passed and Indian was his favourite. We had it that night for dinner when we had the family around and we had it last year too.

it’s just real exhausting. And it’s really just not fun

I hear it's hard @Bow . What an honour it is to be able to have Indian in memory of your step dad. What do you typically order?

I've been to India, but the food is one thing I really don't like....

Madras, korma, butter chicken and mango chicken @tyme nothing to overly hot.

my step dad liked his curries very hot.

yeah time goes by so quickly.

ive been to India too and i hated most of the food over there. I said when I got back that it would be a very long time until I ate rice…. Or curries again.
