Hoping today is at least a little better.

I’ve had a shit of a day. Spent half the night on the bathroom floor again. Own fault. Stupidity. But also utter desperation.

I feel completely abandoned, betrayed, forgotten about and let down again, by a system that is suppose to care for and protect me. I am so angry.

I eventually spoke with my SW this afternoon. She was proud of me for standing up for myself yesterday, but was sad that it had come to that. She is just as disappointed in the system. She made me go over my safety plan with her cause I’m not feeling safe at the moment. It is a real struggle. she said she wants to talk to me Monday morning when she gets to work.
