I am very sorry to hear that such strong hearted people in this world are not having a good day at all.
It takes true courage to be able to discuss our internal thoughts and I feel very privileged to be shared in this.
I can imagine this is very difficult to go through, I do exprience days where I feel extremely down (some days more than others) and can understand the thought process.
If I can be of any help, I share the below:
Although today may dictate the lowest of days, it doesn't need to have the power to dictate what our potential of happiness can be. What I mean by that is these feelings are no less relevant and they are there to express our anger, frustration and disapointment in everything. Feelings not only make us be human, but feel human. Knowing deep in your heart that you are stronger (even by a tiny bit if thats what it takes), or at least knowing that these feelings are not what you truly want for yourself can be the first steps (and big steps).
Help is always available in methods that may not initially be visible. By taking the steps you have today, you have opened up a number of kind hearted and genuine people who are here for you.
I personally used to struggle incredibly with my germaphobia where by even the bed I sleep in (my only safe zone) started to feel dirty. I was lucky that there were passions so strong in life that they essentially defined me and my enjoyment in life stemmed from that. One of which was gardening, which was not only allowing me to challenge my germaphobia but I love doing it so much that it actually allows me to have a break while in my "danger zone".
Know in your heart that it is ok to have bad days. Be proud of every positive step you take. If it helps jott down your positive steps. These positive steps don't need to be life changing to be substantial. Doing something nice for yourself or a loved one, sharing your thoughts on a forum with like minded people, compliment an achievement big or small.
My brother once taught me, "how do we eat an elephant, one bite at a time".
