Darkness

Darkness

Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

Thanks @Anastasia I am trying as hard as it is at the moment. I am not too sure what to do for dinner tonight. 🤷‍♀️
Might just be 2 minute noodle night. 🤦‍♀️

Re: Darkness

I've started a new diamond painting too @Former-Member . Got it all out, straightened, and everything ready to go earlier in the week. Started adding some drills today.

My latest one is a sailing boat at sunset. Its the largest canvas I've attempted so far ... 45cm x 60cm.

I will see if I can get a pic of what it will look like when finished.

Thanks @Lee82 a lazy couple of days may be what I need, but I'm totally sick of myself.

@Anastasia 😄💖

Re: Darkness

Honey that sucks about your GP appointment. Because of a medical procedure I had, I no longer have to have that test done. But good effort getting out with your boy this morning and for walking Boris. See you are doing something else today, I know you can get through all of this, you are one strong lady. I will attach a quick pic at where I am up too with my diamond painting. Enjoy your walk lovely. @Lee82 @Emelia8

Re: Darkness

Oh wow would love to see a pic of your sail boat hun. I have had zero motivation in doing any of my diamond paintings. I am so frustrated by it because it's just sitting in my room collecting dust.
why do you say your so sick of yourself hun? You have had to deal with a hell of a lot of :pile_of_poo: lately. You need a lazy moment. A moment to recoup.

Re: Darkness

It has been one super tough few days to get through especially because I have had no one I can talk to. My psych has gone on holidays and I won't be seeing her for another 2 weeks.
cany wait for the pic to load hun. @Former-Member

Re: Darkness

Oh no @Lee82 ... I totally understand your anxiety around the Pap test. Oh dear, yuk yuk. My GP attempted to do my latest one too .. and failed because of my over the top reaction. I too was left highly traumatised. And of course it also happened to coincide with a trauma anniversary, this making it that much worse. That was just on a year ago now. Or maybe 2? It seems like only a year ago. Anyway, I ended up doing a do-it-yourself test. If you ask your GP they should approve that for you. You need to have a legitimate reason for it to be approved, but a history of SA is enough. Your GP has to approve it for you. You will be given an easy to use diy kit. You just go into the bathroom, get the sample yourself, then hand the pack back to the nurse for sending off for testing.

@Former-Member love your latest diamond painting.

Re: Darkness

My GP told me about the take home test but she doesn't think they will allow me to do one because it's been 9 years since my last 😕. Feeling very deflated about it all. Just another reminder how messed up I am and broken. This will never end and I will never be loved again.
