Something’s not right

Darkness

Darkness

Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

It's another one of those days but I am safe. Love you all and thank you for your support.

@Former-Member , unfortunately I am

not good amd not coping really well at all. Sorry to have just ignored you that wasn't the right thing to do. I am praying that you will understand why though. Our last conversation got out of hand, I was trying hard to make you feel welcome in every thread that we where both on amd no matter what I did, it didn't help. Keeping in mind that while I dont know a lot about your condition, I did listen to what you said about it and how it effects you. I constantly tried to reassure you, support you in the best way I knew how. I even went as far as asking a @Former-Member if I was communicating with you effectively, that maybe I was getting it wrong, I really just wanted to support you anyway I could. I am not holding any of that against but I have been limited in my ability to be here, I don't engage daily to the extent I use to for the most part as I have few good days right now. I am sorry again for having ignored you, it wasn't the right thing to do. Wishing you a good week.

@Former-Member I'm sorry if I did anything wrong to you, I didn't mean to if I did. I hope you're ok. And it did help, it's me not you. I appreciate you trying to help, I really do. You didn't do anything wrong to me, not that I think anyway. I'll leave you be.

@Former-Member I asked the mods to permanently delete my account, it seems whatever I do on here is wrong. I'm sorry if I ever did anything to upset you, I don't remember, but I'm sorry if I did. Your comment upset me quite a lot.

Re: Darkness

Hi @Former-Member, @Former-Member & all, I can see that there's been a little upset here, so just wanted to step in and remind everyone that it's really important to remember that everyone is on their own journey, and sometimes this involves slowing down or taking breaks. It's also really important to respect every member and where they may be at in accordance with Sane's Community Guidelines arouund Respect- I know it can be frustrating when this differs from what we might want or need ourselves, but as I've mentioned, it is very important that these needs are respected even when you might dislike it or diagree.

Re: Darkness

Hi @Former-Member

(Sigh) - I know what you mean about being stuffed-up - just his mother and what you know? What could you know? How would you know? I have been there

Actually - I really don't know your son's story right now - but I had a son with a story and I was stared at in a strange way and denied access to my son's psychiatrist - he was 16 by then and entitled to doctor/patient privacy yet I knew more than my son was saying and isn't that important? Of course -

Yes - when we have kids women seem to get discounted - I felt like that a lot - what could I, would I, whatever - know -

Please - don't let people put you down - and I know that is easier said than done - as mothers we are the most important because we count the most - we know the most - we have been there the most

It is discouraging though

Sending my best thoughts
