Darkness

Darkness

Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

Re: Darkness

I understand @Zoe7

I hope then that it all runs smoothly for you, including Tobes's check up x.

I am working from home today so a different pace but intend on ticking a few things off my list so not frantic busy enough. At lunch I will put the slow cooker on to have a roast for dinner tonight (my boys request) so the house will be full of yummy smels in the next few hours 🙂

Enjoy your day lovely

Re: Darkness

Hi @Bunniekins Enjoy your nap

We have another week and a half left of school holidays @Lee82 So still time for me to get everything done and hopefully have some time to myself also. It will be great for you and your boy to have him back at school- so much easier dealing with one son at home I suspect.

Re: Darkness

You have had a productive morning @Bunniekins , well done! Enjoy your nap, it is cold here so a snuggle in bed sounds just perfect.

My garden is crying out for attention but it is not high up on my list, with daylight saving coming I may get a chance after work to pull a few weeds 🙂

@Lee82 I am stoked your boy can return to school, he must be very happy about that? Are they staggering the older ones to start at a later date? Sorry, I am a little across the basics but not across the school rules. Are you still doing the coffee runs? Are you ok, I feel so out of the loop I am sorry.

My boy has improved a little. I was in the office yesterday so only had the evening to gauge him. Today he is off to his therapist and then 4 hours this afternoon with his sw so I think I will see a good shift after that. Plus now that he's home I can ensure he takes his meds so I think it will be upwards from here (fingers crossed).

He is scheduled for shoulder surgery by Christmas. He had a seizure and as a result it tore pretty badly on one of his hospital admissions. Two nights ago he reached for something and his shoulder caused him a lot of pain. He didn't make it to work Tuesday and it is strapped now to reduced any movement, hoping it will improve enough that he can go back to light duties next week. I am hoping that if it doesn't improve quickly that it doesn't affect his headspace too much. x

Re: Darkness

Definitely much easier especially that Mr13 is pretty independent and I don't have to be by his side constantly.
Oh yea so you are about a week behind us. Hope you can find sometime in the holidays to self care hun and have some time for you.

Re: Darkness

Mr9 is not happy at all...😕 he suffers from separation anxiety and so doesn't like to leave my side. Mr13 however is dying to get back to school. My boys are very different in every way.
So glad your boy is feeling a little better. So sorry to hear about his shoulder though hun. Poor thing must be in a lot of pain. I understand that feeling cause when I was 18 I needed a knee reconstruction and I had to wait 1 year before I could get it operated on. Your boy has been through a lot hun. I hope things start to improve for him. ❤️💜💙💚💛🧡
