Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

@outlander yes, I remember being so frustrated that milk powder was added to so many foods. Yes, it's no wonder you've been in such awful pain 😥

I really hope the flooding is not too bad there...are the warnings for this afternoon? Now?

I am so glad the horses are safe hun. I hope it goes past you very quickly with little damage.

it must be very frustrating trying to find what you can eat and drink little one. Once you are well educated I'm sure it will get easier.

its even in some pastas! @NatureLover ive found 3 brands that have milk or 'may contain' i think i might have to print what i can have off and make a folder to refer to when shopping for a while so i dont have to go reading the labels on everything.

flood warnings were for friday and then again today. all of today right through to monday. it might change but with the way the weather is right now unless it stops raining within the next hour there are going to be many places that are flooded. apparently we havent gotten to the worst part till later on this arvo/evening

Sure @Lee82 ... here are some of the DPs I have completed over the past 6 months or so. All of them are pictures I did as gifts for Christmas or birthday.

And this is the one I have recently started working on ... called Serene Creek. This is not the DP itself of course, but is a picture of what I hope it will look like once its finished. It always reminds me of Sane Forums, and I bought it while I was off-line and feeling very alone. I find it very calming and tranquil, and beautiful too. Its very similar in style and colouring to the picture on the Sane website main page for Lived Experience ... Good Morning thread. This one I will keep for myself.

So ... if you feel up to it ... I will be working on this one with you this afternoon. 😊
