I have to add my two cents worth

After my degree I went to TAFE to learn to teach ESL - and there I found something interesting

It is empowering to be able to read and write - BUT - a person has to want to be able to READ AND WRITE

For the short time I taught at TAFE - after the long time I studied part time at university - I found it with my private students too - ah - people have to want to learn - and in the long run - every one learns - but what people learn is up to them

The fields of my study are vast - and it has been easy because I have wanted to

So - we can empower those who are into it - whether they know what they are seeking or not

And those who want to go their own way - they will anyway -

So my thought for today

When we are at primary school we are taught a lot of unrelated data - and it doesn't matter what that is - we are learning to learn - and it is up to us to learn what we will

And about bitterness - it is a caustic poison - some poisons have a bitter herb added to make them safer - but in my family some members have carried bitterness like a badge of honour, waving the ideas about like flags of victory

That hurts - how much better to have passion born from the anger and frustration of being hurt by people hurt my preceeding generations - I do not want to carry other people grudges and will not
