Under some stigma here for a different reason .... but that will stay until we get a diagnosis over my WH .... and even then I'm sure I'm going to be considered the cause of it for some reason by some in my circles .... :face_with_rolling_eyes:

Hard to tune them out .... but I find if I pack my life full of the sort of distractions that appeal to me, there's much less room in my head to concentrate on people who don't belong in there ....🎼☕️🌿🐬🌷

Hope that helps .... try to put something beatiful in your life for every slight or ill-spoken word, even if it's just a new, funny image on your phone ..... and then you will have another great image to send to someone else on a down day ..... 😏💕

Nah ..... @hope77 ..... let them give up on dissing you ..... keep rising above it all ..... then check out the view over their heads that other rise-a overs are enjoying too .... might make some new friends along that path .....

what makes a human being. nice to deal with? we have ears we have feelings are we not there or are we just a target to them because they think we are weak or is it they don't matter we just blame it on their illness. Thanks, @Faith-and-Hope. But I feel you can't fight the lack of compassion with compassion You have to call them out. It's a rocky road but I'd rather go down fighting then just go down.
