Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Not to wonder

Not to obsess

stand back

look at everything and have faith that things will work out for the best.

You have everything in you right now to deal with what the world throws at you becasue you are stronger and wiser then it .

@Former-Member I am so sorry you felt that way last night. I didn't mean for you to feel that way. I feel terrible. I thought I was responding to everyone's messages the best I could. Clearly you feel like that is not the case and I am so sorry. Your support is very much wanted and appreciated. Is there anything I can do?
