Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

@Former-Member I was just apologising to all of you including @Zoe7 @Pollyotter & @Lee82 because they were asking if I was here like you were and I wasn't so I was just saying sorry for that and if I worried them

I'm here for all of you, just needed some space to myself because I had no energy and whatnot but I feel ok now, for the time being anyway
