Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

It is much appreciated @Pollyotter I am okay - it has been a very long and tiring week. I intend to spend tomorrow in my jammies and hopefully catch up on spme sleep. How did your tour around Brizzy go today - did you do everything you wanted to?

I am very greatful that you are still here as the world still needs you with us. I am doing fine. I am cooking a dish from my childhood as I am missing my mother today . She has been gone for 8 years now .

Thank you @Pollyotter @that is very sweet. I am so sorry to hear about your mother but cooking one of your childhood dishes is an amazing way to remember her.
yes last night was a really rough moment for me. Still feeling that effects of it all. Can't say I am glad I am still here too but thank you for your support sweets.
