Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Yhe I'm doing ok. I am Infront of my shrinks office waiting for 9 to go in. have to remember to tell her about all the things that happend this week. My head is in a Fogg because I didn't sleep.

I have my psych appointment at 12 today.
I am holding on hun just a rough couple days that's all.

@Pollyotter I have not been around much for you this week but I have been so tired and needed time out at various times. Glad to see you have had support and are building up a great rapprt with others here. I am hoping to be asleep early tonight but have hoped that the last few nights and have been plagued by nightmares again - so it is anyone's guess how tonight will go. I hope today has been kind to you and you are looking forward to moving to your own place next week
