Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

@Lee82 sorry I was talking with my parents now I'm colouring in and listening to music, yes I'm safe. Hope I didn't worry anyone.

I forgot about the Lifeline chat by accident so forgot to reply so I hope I didn't worry them, I was about to get back on but they ended the chat. All good. She was ok but not that helpful but with my situation she can't do much so it's not her fault
