No stress as you've done nothing wrong here I promise - we mods are here to make sure that folk are following the guidelines and not posting anything triggering that is true, but we are also here to provide community support and make sure that our members are okay. That means checking in and making sure you all know we are here to help, especially when you're having a rough time.

just struggling a lot. My appointment with my GP was cancelled today which is frustrating cause I really need to get my meds sorted out.
