Not gonna kick you out @Pollyotter but I had a giggle at your post to @Former-Member - you still have humour despite what you are dealing with and that is a good sign 👍

Thanks for your concern and thoughts @Former-Member but we are good - I'm not going anywhere and am here with Pollyotter - I get what she is going through and can sit with her tonight.

Cosy is good @Pollyotter It helps to be somewhere you feel safe.

Stress can manifest itself it so many ways and we often carry that in our shoulders and neck. Jaw pain is another area because we clench our teeth without even realising it. That is not unusual. I used to get sever headaches from doing ll that too which really sucked.

Do you have some things with you that you can squeeze - a small ball or even a pair of rolled up socks ...that will help with the tension in your back. I have some small balls nd a fidget toy that I use to ground myself.

That is a great step Hon. When our heart is racing it is often hard to calm our thoughts also @Pollyotter Where is your mind taking you - can we fill it with nicer thoughts - I like to think of a beautiful waterfall where there is just me and my fur babies ...Toby is doing his usual running around the edges whilst I float on my back taking in the beauty of it all.

They are both lovely types of dogs @Pollyotter Toby is a Maltese Shih Tzu - all white and shaggy. I never cut his hair too short so he always looks like a mop lol

Pugs are really cute and Labs are loyal - how long since you have had a dog?
