Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Yea unfortunately I do do the same...😐

but I am learning to try and be more mindful of my breathing. I don't have anything In Place for tonight I have tried so many things that I am just over trying. Nothing doesn't seem to work for me. I don't know what's wrong with me.

I like a range of genres but my all time fav is old school rnb.
I also love any songs that I can relate to and are deep and meaningful.

Depending on the mood .
Currently I have alot of musical soundtrack on and Jess Glynne and Missy Elliott .
This is going to sound strange but I kind of wish I could be there for you in this time.

my kids are great. They had a good time at their dads which is usually very rare. They are in a happy mood.
