I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

It is good that you have her support @Pollyotter and great that she is evaluating everything - that will help you get through this. The most important thing is you are getting help and have someone that obviously cares about you and wnats to help.

Life gets in the way sometimes @Pollyotter and sometimes it is overwhelming so don't worry too much - we all have bad days (and really bad days) - halk that one up to a really bad day hey.

I had a really difficult weekend - layed on the couch for most of it and got very little done. The up side was lots of Toby snuggles.
