Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

AAA shoot I am sorry you are having a tough time.
I am making my cave abit more homely as I feel something isn't right yet again . So I have Netflix playing and I have my vape as well as a bucket of m&ms Soo getting good

Yhe @Zoe7 has tought me how to have a cave . I just want to be prepared for what may come tonight. So comfort is key

Hey there. Sorry I missed out . I started having flashbacks band then I crashed . My cave well. I have a huge bed with a very colourful quilt. I have alot of pillows for padding . I have a small fridge for snack storage and a worm stuff Toy for bad days . Added a tv and PlayStation last week for the days of crazy .I hope you are ok

Last night was ok. I think I got like 4 hours of sleep. What is loads for me. Today I am ok. Abit shakey but at work so keeps my mind busy . How are you

What do you do for work @Pollyotter?

I didn't get much sleep last night but a positive is that I didn't SH. First time in a long time. Today I am again homeschooling. I am extremely tired and my anxiety is quite high.

I am the teacher. I have 2 boys a 12 and 8 year old at home with me.

thanks but there really is nothing anyone can do about it. I just have to sit with it all day as I do everyday.
