Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

I am sorry for not being around as much. boy it has been interesting.

I got a new car as my old one broke down on the high way. scary much.

I started a campaign on teaching a young women how to be in a healthy relationship and seeing things before they go wrong . its actually scary how many teen young ladies do not have that basic knowledge.
