Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

We all need space for ourselves sometimes Hon - just so pleased to see you back - have missed you @Pollyotter

I am still really flat out but only one more week of school before the holidays so I can catch up on work then. I haven't been very well for a few days but it is probably just lack of sleep alongside how much I need to get done - it will work itself out I am sure - just need to get through this week.
