Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

I heard a short snippet of the audio book and it's funny as well as good.

Whoopi Goldberg is funny @Pollyotter I haven't seen the books from wither of them but would like them myself. I love autobiographies. I got Jacinda Ardern's for my mum for mother's day so when she has finished I can read it too. Would love Michelle Obama's - have to put that on my christmas list.
