Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

my day was pretty sh**ty. Just been in my head way too much today. Can't control the negative thoughts. 😔

I'm glad to be here even if it's to battle dark reasons.

I have started watching tv series from my childhood and it makes me feel good .

Charmed

Gilmore girls

Dragon Ball Z

And I can't remember the rest now as my brain is mush

Charmed and Gilmore Girls were 2 of my favourite shows @Pollyotter I have not heard of Dragon Ball Z though.

I loved them.

Dragon Ball Z is a kids animation .

The shows are on depending on what is going on in my mind
