Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

That is great to hear @Pollyotter I hope tomorrow is the same for you Tobes is snuggled next to me while I have a break. It is nearly their biscuit time so will feed them then get back to work. Hopefully after tomorrow it will even out a little more but a lot to get done between now and then.

Do you have Wormy snuggled in with you?

Oh poor Wormy @Pollyotter Hope he loves his wash and you can have him back dry and clean soon.

I have a big meeting tomorrow to work on some additional support for one of my kids so there is a lot that needs to be collected and organised. I am part way through that but there is a lot I need to enter into our system tomorrow. It was playing up today and wouldn't save anything so that has put me behind - grr!!
