Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

He is a sweetheart Polly, we have a strong bond. He has walked with the DID Journey from day one and when we separated it was a choice stay married and lose everything or separate and keep the friendship. We both choose to keep the friendship. 💜Nikki

Have you managed to get out of bed yet Polly? I have managed to do the dishes, now to clean out the freezer😞 I want to lay in bed and watch Harry Potter all day @Pollyotter

Nothing beats a fluffy blanket Polly. We have a weighted blanket and could hide under that all day.
