Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

I would love to be still in bed Polly. We have a little Shitzu/Maltese she is a rescue puppy and the best friend I could ask for on cold mornings. Providing my daughter isn't up because she is my puppy's favourite human. Do you have much planned for the day?

Dogs are the best and they will always love . Not much I'm going to watch The Trixi and Katya Show and try to stay in bed as long as possible. What are your plans

Paint pouring is loads of fun and messy too boot. Kimmy our 5 year old alter absolutely loves it. I will share some pictures of stuff we have done.

dishes here weren't to bad but my ex husband had to move back in for 24 hr care (him or hospital) and now I just can't keep on top of it. Paper plates and cups sound like a great idea. @Pollyotter
