Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

I can't.

It's really dark and I will effect the people here. I would rather talk here as I have grown close to the lovely people here but I am very bad tonight .

ok how about chat with lifeline @Pollyotter and if you need you can reconnect with them or suicide call back service- they ring back to check on you as well in a few hours time if you need.
