Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

@Pollyotter I'm really not but thanks anyway. If I was a great person I would think before I do and say things and not ruin everything. I don't mean to. I feel so bad

@Pollyotter funnily enough I'm on Lifeline waiting to get through on their webchat too. I hope you can get through regardless and that they're supportive and helpful.

I hope I haven't screwed up any friendship with you and me and any others here with me (sorry that probably made no sense). Probably my brain thinking the worst there.

I hope you get through to Lifeline soon and that they're supportive, kind and helpful. I hope you're ok and safe too.

I'm waiting to speak with Lifeline on their webchat too.
