Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Oh @Pollyotter I am so sorry sweetie. That is absolutely terrible. There are some real monsters in the world. You did not deserve any of that sweetie. Are you trying to deal with your past now with you head doctor?

Hey @Pollyotter it sounds like it's been a pretty tough day today with some horrible and traumatic memories from the past coming up. @Pollyotter Just caught up on today Hon - that is such an awful position for you to be in. I can imagine all those past memories are haunting you right now. Days like these are horrible but you are a strong and courageous woman and will get through this. Hugs and hugs
