Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

7 years ago I was sexually assaulted by 4 guys because of my sexuality. I never got the help for that . So tonight my boss was verbally assulted by a guy who stole from him and then he turned to me and said that he will have that happen to me. So now I look like something out of a exosisome movie.
